Recently, I saw this video and just had to share it with you.  I know it’s really silly but honestly, it makes me laugh every single time I watch it.

As silly as this video is, lately it has become my saving grace.  Whenever I start to feel overwhelmed by the stress of everyday life, all I need to do is take one look at those adorable animals running around and I start to laugh!  Within minutes my stress just melts away.  It’s magical!

Having the ability to laugh easily can be such a tremendous resource to support not only your physical health but also your emotional health.  It truly is one of the easiest and most beneficial things you can do for yourself.
