Staying hydrated is not only important for good health, it also keeps our skin supple, lubricates our muscles and joints and even helps with weight loss.  But let’s face it……drinking water all day can be sooooo boring!  On Sunday, July 14th, I will teach you a better way in my new class…..Beat the Heat With TheFood You Eat!
                                                                                                              

During this lively demonstration class you will enjoy a delicious four course lunch including beverages.  In addition to your meal, you will take home copies of the recipes, the confidence to prepare these dishes and maybe even prettier skin!
